Where we landed

Both sides, clearly mapped.

We had a real conversation on March 5. This is what we actually agreed to — what you asked for, what I'm bringing, and what fair looks like for both of us going into a 30-day proof of concept.

What you asked for
Boss Britt & DJ eXeL
Proof before commitment. Two agencies went ghost on y'all. You need to see consistency and conversion before opening up your network. Completely fair — and honestly already proven by the fact that I've stayed in your inbox since before Pride last year.
30-day milestone structure. No big deliverables on day one. Month 1 is discovery. We re-evaluate together at each milestone before expanding scope.
10% finders fee on pre-existing relationships. Starship and Reya Libre are already your sponsors — those are carved out. Standard, agreed.
Warm intros only. Any time I want to use your network, it goes through you first. No cold-using your contacts. I actually prefer this too — I hate cold calls, and you can prepare whoever I'm bringing to the table.
Condensed agreement language. The original read like a 360 deal. I'm simplifying it — something you can actually read without Googling every other word.
3-month arbitration period (down from 12). And 11.5 early termination reworked so you don't have to hand over CRM data if we part ways early.
What I'm bringing
Desirée Mayon
Month 1: CRM audit + pipeline setup. I'm coming in as a data scientist, not a talent manager. I'll map your current contacts, set up the right infrastructure, and build automated pipelines — so reach-outs happen without y'all having to do everything yourselves.
A guest appearance in Month 1. I want to come on the show — not as a sponsor, just as a guest. Let your audience get to know me and She & HER through a real conversation. That's the tastemaker moment for both of us.
Tech you don't have to build. Model training, AI-assisted outreach, CRM architecture — I bring this as part of the relationship and I'll teach you to own it yourselves. If I can teach you to figure it out, I will.
My network, when the fit is right. Google, Microsoft, Etsy, Headspace, Fox, Pregnant and Black. Not promises — warm intros when the timing is right. And they'll always go through you first.
Community reciprocity. Every She & HER founding member is your audience. Every TNHS listener is a potential She & HER user. We're building the same community from two different angles.
Let's address the obvious
I don't have a large social following. Not yet.

I'm a founder in build mode — my time has gone into the platform, not the personal brand. My Instagram is growing, not grown. I know that's not the same as coming in with 100K followers, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

But here's what I do bring that the two people who went ghost never had:

01
Network access you can't buy. I chaired at Google, Microsoft, Etsy, and Xbox. Those aren't cold leads — those are warm relationships with people who have budget, Pride mandates, and a need for tax write-offs. When I make an intro, it lands.
02
Technical infrastructure. I train models. I build pipelines. I'm the person who can set up your CRM, automate your outreach, and hand it back to you so you own it. That's not something a manager with a big following typically does. That's a data scientist who's building her own app.
03
A platform launching with real backing. She & HER is Google-backed, NVIDIA-backed, and going into the App Store Q3 2026. The community it's building is exactly your audience. My reach won't always be small — and when it grows, it grows into yours.
04
Proof I don't disappear. Boss Britt said it herself — I've been in your inbox since before Pride last year. That's not nothing. That's the thing the two agencies who went ghost never did.

The plan

30 · 60 · 90 — one milestone at a time.

No big commitments upfront. Each month unlocks the next based on what we actually deliver. Click each month to see what's in scope.

Month 1 · Now
Month 2
Month 3
Month 1 of 3
Discovery + The First Introduction
No outreach yet
CRM audit — map all your current contacts, categories, relationship context
Pipeline architecture setup — build the infrastructure so reach-outs can eventually happen automatically
Media kit + brand asset alignment — make sure everything you have is organized and sponsor-ready
I come on The No Homo Show as a guest — I introduce She & HER to your audience. Not a sales pitch. A real conversation about what I'm building and why. This is the tastemaker moment for both of us.
Give me access to your current contact list / CRM (whatever form it's in)
Share your media kit and current sponsor documentation
Book me for a guest episode — one conversation, on camera
After Month 1: both parties review. If aligned → Month 2 scope added. Promotional strategy, outreach, and sponsorship conversations begin here — not before.
Month 2 of 3
Implementation + Warm Introductions
Unlocks post-Month 1 review
First wave of outreach using the pipeline I built in Month 1 — targeting sponsors that fit the TNHS brand
She & HER soft integration — platform cross-promotion begins, founding member push to your audience
Warm intro conversations — anyone I want to bring to you goes through you first, with full context
Episode-level She & HER mention / shout — the app is in soft launch, community building is live
Feedback on pipeline and outreach approach — what's landing, what's not
First conversion signals visible — new sponsor conversations in pipeline, She & HER members crossing over to TNHS audience
Month 3 of 3
Conversion + Joint Strategy
Full scope active
First sponsor conversions — at least 1–2 new brand conversations closed or in final stages from pipeline work
KPI report — real data on reach, conversion, pipeline performance, She & HER audience crossover
Joint strategy proposal — what the next phase looks like if we both want to continue
Honest assessment — is this working? What needs to change? Both parties decide whether to expand, adjust, or close.
After Month 3 both parties have full data. If it worked → formal expanded partnership. If not → clean exit, no hard feelings, no messy contract language.

The Month 1 Ask · Most Important
I want to come on The No Homo Show — as a guest, not a sponsor.

This is the tastemaker moment. Not a product placement, not a 30-second ad read — a real conversation about what I'm building, why I left Google to build it, and what She & HER means for the sapphic community. That conversation, on your platform, in front of 153K+ followers, is the most powerful Month 1 move that exists. For She & HER it's community credibility. For y'all it's exactly the kind of guest your audience wants — someone with a real story, real credentials, and real cultural alignment. It's also how we get to know how each other moves before any bigger commitments are made.

The vision

What we're actually building.

This isn't a standard sponsorship deal. It's two sapphic brands building something the community doesn't have yet — a place to find each other, listen to each other, and belong to something that was built for them.

01
Y'all as the cultural voice of my launch

When She & HER launches publicly, your audience already knows it. Not from an ad — from a real conversation we had on the show. That's earned credibility money can't buy. And it lives in your feed permanently.

02
She & HER as your platform amplifier

Every She & HER founding member is a potential new listener, viewer, and Patreon subscriber for you. My app drives community to your show. Your show drives community to my platform. We're building each other up.

03
Sponsor pipeline built for y'all, powered by my network

Google, Microsoft, Etsy, Headspace — all in New York, all with LGBTQ+ giving mandates. I chaired at several of them. I'm opening those doors for y'all — warm intros you've never had infrastructure to reach before.

04
A 30-day proof before any big commitment

We've both been burned before. This structure protects both of us. Month 1 is discovery and a guest appearance — that's it. If it works, we expand. If it doesn't, we walk away having learned something without any mess.

Next steps

Let's get the redrafted agreement over and get started.

I'm redrafting the agreement — condensed, readable, aligned to everything we talked through on March 5. Once that's signed, Month 1 starts: I come in for the CRM discovery, and we book my first episode. That's the whole thing to start. Everything else follows from there.
